My service is not working. What can I do?

Many times issues can be corrected by simply rebooting the outdoor radio and your home router.  To perform this, unplug power to both your router and the labeled power supply for our radio modem on our home.  Wait approximately 5-10 seconds and plug our radio in.  Wait 60 seconds, and power on your router.

How do I pay my bill?

Paying your bill is made easy thanks to our online portal.  To use it, simply browse to: https://portal.back40broadband.com/crm and log in with the credentials you have been provided.  Please note that for security, access to the portal is only possible while connected to your home Internet service provided by Back40 Broadband.  Access to the portal from cell phones LTE networks is not possible.
